Planning – Design – Construction – Management

CDP Leadership Team Members

From evaluating a real estate development’s potential, to formulating a plan to implement it, to getting it constructed, CDP’s professionals have the experience, capability, and resources to get the job done and done right.

The professionals that make up CDP come from divergent real estate backgrounds that cover both the public and private sectors. Because of this, CDP understands the complexities involved in not only recognizing opportunity, but even more importantly, in implementing a strategy and program that ultimately realizes that opportunity.
