George has over thirty years of experience in real estate, having served as Managing partner for a wide variety of retail, commercial and multi-family residential developments.

His responsibilities have ranged from overall business planning, administration and marketing, to more specific responsibilities related to site selection and evaluation; governmental approvals, including entitlements and permits; coordination of planning, architectural and engineering studies/designs; specification and subsequent selection of building materials and systems; review and approval of contractor bid packages and submittals; and on-site management of field inspection teams.

From 1985 through 1997, he and various partners developed and acquired retail community shopping center properties in Kansas and Colorado, in addition to residential multi-family developments in Kansas City.

Since 1997, he has focused his attention on urban re-development opportunities in downtown Kansas City, having developed adaptive reuse and new construction infill projects totaling over $100 million. These have included new construction rental and condominium properties, and the adaptive reuse of historic warehouse buildings into market rate apartments and commercial income property utilizing state and federal historic tax credits. Specific responsibilities have included planning, design and construction oversight, as well as securing entitlements related to land use, zoning and development incentives.

George's educational background includes undergraduate and graduate degrees in Urban Studies from the University of Tulsa (1974 and 1976).

He currently serves on several Boards of Directors related to downtown housing, business, and community improvement and provides developer consulting services focused on urban, mixed-use projects.

Jim's real estate background is quite varied, having ranged from environmental due diligence and reporting to community redevelopment initiatives to the planning and development of specific real estate projects. Drawing on his considerable project management experience, he has coordinated and helped implement a number of urban renewal and tax increment financing projects while working at the City of Kansas City Missouri's Economic Development Corporation (EDC). He has authored numerous economic development reports ranging from market and blight studies in support of public sector redevelopment initiatives to detailed economic feasibility analyses for private sector development groups.

Jim's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Architecture from the University of Kansas, as well as a B.G.S. in Environmental Studies from the University of Kansas and a B.S. in Geography from the University of Kansas. He also holds an AICP (American Institute of Certified Planners) designation from the American Planning Association (APA).

Since the mid 1970's, Pete has been engaged in real estate investment, development, sales, asset management, and third party consulting. Mr. Perry has served on the boards of directors of several Colorado banks and operating companies, and is still on the boards of select Colorado not-for-profit organizations. Pete is also the founder and President of Perry Partners Inc based in Denver.

Over the years, he has been retained by numerous financial institutions and developers as a real estate adviser, and has acted as Managing Partner for an array of commercial real estate development ventures, including single and multi-family residential projects, office buildings, retail centers and land developments. Specifically, he has been involved in site selection, property evaluation and acquisition, and project feasibility analyses. Mr. Perry has formed numerous joint venture and partnership entities, negotiated construction and permanent debt financing, and provided construction supervision and project coordination services. He has managed the schematic design, design development and construction document phases of development projects, as well as value engineering these projects throughout the development cycle. He has extensive experience in lease negotiations and tenant finish build-out. He also performs asset/property management services from project completion through ultimate asset disposition.

Additionally, Mr Perry is the co-founder and principal in Real Property Systems. This company was formed in order to serve the Denver metropolitan area, and has managed over 3.3 million square feet of office buildings for large financial institutions. Responsibilities range from property and asset management to tenant finish, construction, leasing, administration, and renovating properties to create added value. A partial listing of those clients include: The Travelers Insurance Co., MONY, Wachovia Bank and Trust, Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association, and Wells Fargo Mortgage & Equity Trust.
